Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the product for a refund. You may return any Product (as defined below) purchased from shierba.com under the conditions set out below:

  • You must request and obtain a return authorization within 30 days of the date of purchase. You must contact us at [email protected] to request and receive an RMA.
  • The return authorization number must be included with the returned product.
  • Once the RMA is received, return the item to us and email us the RMA and tracking number so we can track your return.
  • You must return the product to the address provided for a refund at your expense within 14 days of receiving the RMA.
  • Returned Products must be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged). Any accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial returns are granted (if applicable):

  • A book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 60 days after purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received a refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be returned; Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected] and we will give you further instructions on where to return the item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges more than 60 days from the delivery date.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will refund your purchase price or, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will be notified of your return.
